Traffic Shift at Bowstring Drive
On Monday, July 13, traffic will be shifted in the vicinity of Bowstring Drive on SR 179. Please drive carefully and follow all traffic control devices. Bowstring Drive is now open.

Pedestrian Bridge Open at Oak Creek
The pedestrian bridge is complete. A temporary access to the pedestrian bridge remains open to the public. 

Wall Work Continues at Poco Diablo
Construction of retaining walls adjacent to Poco Diablo continues. Access to Poco Diablo at Doodlebug and Oak Creek Cliffs will remain open.

Project 1 is Complete in the Village
All roadwork and enhancement work is complete in the Village and Forest sections of Project 1.  Both are now in landscape establishment where the contractor monitors and takes care of the placed vegetation (trees in forest and all plants in the Village).  Now that this work is complete and all temporary orange signage has been removed, ADOT would like to remind all businesses and residents that temporary signage and parking is not allowed in the State right-of-way (basically where the crushed red rock is) or on any sidewalk.  This includes business sandwich boards, realty signs and personal sale signs.  Any signage or vehicles left in the State right-of-way are subject to fines, so please be aware and obey these rules.

Please note: Changes to construction plans can happen frequently due to weather, equipment and personnel availability. We try to anticipate construction activities a week in advance but changes may occur. Intermittent lane closures, with short delays, may not always be known in advance.
