Executive Team Fundamental Agreements

1. Staying on schedule is important
2. We commit to timely communication between teams
3. Agencies cannot delegate certain decisions (legal responsibilities)
4. The Executive Team and other teams will be respectful of specific interests and needs of the stakeholders in each segment
5. We agree to have a team framework approach with formal teams that involve stakeholder representation will be used in this process
6. An Executive Team will be established that includes agency stakeholder representation
7. Citizens will be involved in the process
8. Public outreach will occur
9. There will be one ADOT Project Manager for the corridor
10. We agree to SR 179 will be a multimodal corridor
11. ADOT is the owner^1,2
